Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
